陈颖军,中共党员,博士,研究员,博士生导师。生于1971年10月,原籍湖北省天门市。2004年毕业于中国科学院广州地球化学研究所有机地球化学国家重点实验室,获环境科学博士学位。分别在广州地球化学研究所和美国佐治亚理工学院地球与大气科学系从事地球化学和环境科学方向的博士后研究。2007年到中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所工作。现任研究所科技处处长。主要从事海岸带有机污染物的源汇过程与通量研究,侧重于黑碳的排放清单建立和海岸带黑碳和多环芳烃的时空分布与环境过程研究,构建一套烟气稀释采样系统,对民用炉灶(煤和生物质燃料)、工业和交通排放、近海船舶排放源的黑碳及相关污染物进行排放因子实验测量,致力于完善我国黑碳排放清单、提高清单准确性等基础性工作。目前承担多项国家自然科学基金项目和中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目、先导专项子课题等。发表论文30余篇。
